Getting Started
How do I create an account?
Click on "Get Started" or "Register" in the navigation menu. Fill in your details, verify your email, and you're ready to start learning!
How do I enroll in a course?
Browse available courses from the Courses page. Click on any course to view details, then click "Enroll Now" to get started.
How are instructors assigned?
Instructors are automatically assigned when you enroll in a course. The system ensures fair distribution of students among instructors.
Learning & Progress
How do I complete lessons?
Navigate through lessons sequentially. Read the content, listen to audio, watch videos, and click "Mark as Complete" when finished.
What are assessments?
Assessments include quizzes, tests, and exams. You have up to 3 attempts to pass. Your final score is calculated based on quiz, test, and exam weights set by your instructor.
How do I track my progress?
Visit your Progress page to see detailed statistics about your courses, completion rates, and learning achievements.
Communication
How do I chat with my instructor?
Go to the Chat page from your dashboard. You'll see all your assigned instructors. Click on one to start a conversation.
What is the Learner Forum?
The Learner Forum is a community space where you can practice with other learners in category-based chat rooms. Access is granted after completing 60% of a course.
Certificates & Achievements
How do I earn a certificate?
Complete all lessons and pass all assessments in a course. Once you achieve the passing score, your certificate will be available in the Certificates section.
Can I download my certificate?
Yes! Visit your Certificates page and click the download button on any completed course certificate.
Account & Settings
How do I change my password?
If you're required to change your password, you'll be prompted on login. Otherwise, contact support for password reset assistance.
How do I update my profile?
Profile management features are coming soon. For now, contact support if you need to update your information.
