- Interact with instructors and other learners
- Access learning materials and assessments
- Earn certificates upon course completion
Prohibited Uses
You agree not to:
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Infringe on intellectual property rights
- Upload malicious code or viruses
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the platform
- Interfere with or disrupt platform operations
- Harass, abuse, or harm other users
- Share account credentials with others
- Use automated systems to access the platform without permission
4. Course Content and Intellectual Property
All course materials, content, and platform features are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may:
- Access and use materials for personal learning purposes
- Download certificates and learning records
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from our content without explicit written permission.
5. Assessments and Certificates
Assessments are designed to evaluate your understanding:
- You have up to 3 attempts per assessment
- All attempts are recorded and may be reviewed
- Certificates are issued upon successful course completion
- Certificates are non-transferable and verify your completion only
6. User Content
You retain ownership of content you submit (forum posts, messages, etc.). By submitting content, you grant us a license to use, display, and distribute your content on the platform. You are responsible for ensuring your content does not violate any laws or rights of others.
7. Instructor Assignment
Instructors are automatically assigned based on workload distribution. We reserve the right to reassign instructors as needed to ensure quality instruction and fair distribution.
8. Platform Availability
We strive to maintain platform availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance, updates, or modifications that temporarily affect availability. We are not liable for any downtime or service interruptions.
9. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you:
- Violate these Terms of Service
- Engage in fraudulent or harmful activities
- Fail to pay required fees (if applicable)
- Request account deletion
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting support.
10. Limitation of Liability
Linguavate Hub is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for services (if any) in the past 12 months.
11. Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or platform notification. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
12. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Nigeria. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Lagos, Nigeria.
